What makes Just Body Fitness different from other gyms is that we cater for all age groups. Our eldest member is approaching 80, with many other members over 65 years of age. Conversely we have young body builders and athletes.
Our large room is reserved for cardio exercises and yoga, with different classes depending on the age group.
